I was disappointed with the service. My first request for an iron took far too long, as it seemed there was a queue. The coffee pods in my room were not replaced promptly, forcing me to call multiple times. On top of that, the room was dark, and the lights malfunctioned, which affected my comfort during the nights.

This traditional hotel offers a huge variety of luxury rooms. All the staff members are courteous and truly wonderful. The breakfast is lovely and outstanding, with pastries, freshly made coffee and a very wide. The location is unbeatable and they have parking nearby.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful city. They were very accommodating, even though we made our reservation at the last minute via Booked.net. Despite numerous signs throughout the town directing us, we had a hard time finding it since it is tucked away in a beautiful piazza with limited access. But it was worth the hunt!

Views and Vibes to Cherish
Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast with a amazing view of the Basilica. The staff were warm, always ready to assist and.
The noise from the rooftop bar was disruptive at night. A fuller mirror in the room would have been nice too.

The hotel also provided a cozy lounge area and a lovely rooftop bar for evening wind-downs. The only small hiccup was a delayed request for an iron, but overall, it was a great experience 😊

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights and loved our time exploring Lecce. The amazing breakfast had local pastries and freshly made eggs. The staff catered to our every need. Can't recommend enough visiting Cantina Petrelli while you're there!
In my wife's opinion, a kid-friendly mini-fridge would be great for family stays.

The service was superb, always smiling and helpful. The best we experienced in the four hotels that we stayed in in Puglia. The location was also perfect. We ended up extending our stay.
The room was a bit old. Breakfast was disappointing and a bit like a cafeteria than a four star hotel.

The porters were very good. They also park the car and are fast when you need it. The manager was responsive to all our expressed needs as were most of the desk personnel. On the day we left we received a free breakfast as a courtesy. The rooms were roomy and well appointed. The breakfast was sumptuous. Amazing location. The wine bars around the corner are not to be missed.
The roof terrace was neither as comfy or convenient as was expected

The elegant Art Deco decor and grand baroque details really stand out. With a tiny restaurant that offers a welcome relief from southern Italian staples, it's perfect for those seeking variety on their dining experience.
Housekeeping left a lot to be desired-every time I turned around, it seemed like I was chasing down supplies like coffee pods and toiletries. The €25 per day parking fee was a surprise, and losing track of used towels made it an inconvenience. Noise from the bar and street below might bother some. I couldn't keep my window open for fresh air without disturbed sleep. Navigating to the hotel in the pedestrian zone could use clearer signage to ease the arrival process.
